Anyone know where to buy book or CD-ROM?
I think I figured out how to work the web page. It appears the web page is prepositioned with the breadcrumbs set to the 430 part of the online catalog (Ferrari, 430 Coupe'). If you select a choice under the "Select Major Component Group" and then select one of the Minor choices, you get a web page of part numbers you can click on to order. Here is an example web page where I picked Major = "Coachwork" and Minor = "Page 100 Body - Outer Trims". http://www.eurospares.co.uk/partTable.asp?M=1&Mo=643&A=2&B=36939&S= You can then click on one of the "Itemised Parts" and add it to the shopping cart. .
The last time I saw the Eurospares site, it had an early F430 spider book that had many incorrect numbers. There is an October 2004 (incorrect) and a March 2005 (better) version of the database. Eurospares might have updated it since I checked, but I'm not sure. The errors were mostly in Coachwork, not Mechanical. It wasn't the fault of Eurospares, it was the Ferrari supplied data. If you pull those numbers and go to your friendly parts dude, they might say "huh? That's not a valid number..." So, just make a note of the Table and part number (like TAV #16, part #12) in addition to the Ferrari part number. With that info, you'll be set. The dealer, Eurospares, or whomever can make sure you order the correct item. -Daniel
I have found in my collection that I have Spider parts, service and updates for the F430 for the coupe you would not need the dongle but you would need the dongle for the coupe. $50.00 includes shipping for the CD I have a original F430 Spider CD you would need a dongle this would cost $350 for both the dongle and the original Ferrari CD. I also have the Interactive workshop and parts CD this you would also need the dongle this would be $350 for both CD and the dongle. (this would be a copy) Please call be more than happy to help you out, you don't want to know how much I pay for these. (very expensive) Stewart 916-731-7023
