05 F430 pricing....

Considering the year, the mileage (not excessively high but not low) , the seats, and the fact that it's a coupe I think anything under 125K would be a good price. The seats may be rare but so are the buyers looking for them in a base 430. I would say anything under 125K would be a good price assuming the service history is good, clutch wear is <80% and the brakes are the same. Tires are an afterthought until you have to replace them at 1200-1500.00. Beauty is very subjective and you should ideally buy the car that suits your individual tastes but even subtle things like racing seats can have a fairly significant impact on the desirability of a car and therefore the value. Not so of course for a Scud or CS.

 

I just sold almost the same car (yellow) for $122K. It is sad but that is reality right now. That being said, it is a tremendous car for that kind of money. Offer $120K and Buy it for $122-$123K if u can. Good luck

 

The racing seats are not a bonus in my opinion. I would not want them. The prices suggested already seem very fair. Good luck.
