    A former owner has told that #0749 GT (250 GT berlinetta TdF) faded in Paris on the middle 60's without leaving any trace. Any clue of her eventual later whereabouts?

    Still in Paris with long term owner for more than 35 years. No mystery at all.

    For an enthusiast like myself is sad to witness how some magnificent racing cars & bikes spend decades lying dormant in large museums or secluded private collections such a mechanical Sleeping Beauties.

    On the other hand, I wonder whether some singular Ferraris have disappeared without leaving any trace. I do not mean due to accidents or o crushed in scrapeyards. Just vanished. Any info?

    After the 1958 Tour de France, Silva Ramos loaned 0749 to Jean Behra and Jean Lucas to race the GP de Venezuela and sell it locally. They won the GP and sold the car, reputedly to Julio Pola who also raced it there. Did it came back to Paris later on ?
