Nice models. Did you post the Daytona model on MFH's website??

The Kyosho 1/12th Miura is very nice to start from. I would go with that if I was you.
I am doing a transkit for it to do the Jota Bob. The wheels/Dunlop tires and rear engine cover are already done.

I looks like the model they have on the www.modelfactoryhiro.com site. Its on the front store page 3/4ths down under customer built models. I just finished a 1964 289 Cobra also for the Ferrari Expo 2010, but mine is based on a very old 1/24th Modelers kit(the real kit, not a re-pop).

This is Phil Hill's 1964 Targa Florio car.

Actually no, it's not the same model... Your Cobra looks amazing and the colour is very special.... Tommy do you know anything about the Hiro F40 LM release?

I have one of the Hiro F40LM's, but have not built it yet. I think Alex Kustov knowns how hard they are to build. They do have alot of nice parts in the kit.

For the Cobra 289's, I have come to the conclusion that not all 1964 Shelby 289 team cars were the exact shade of blue(some cars look more pale colored). I based this color off of many color Kodachrome photos I have seen and think it is very close to the color of the Euro cars at T.F. Kind of fun trying to match the color.

Try the Kyosho website or look on ebay under Lamborghini Jota 1/12.
