1:100 Scale model of St. Mark's Square hand carved in wood by my grandfather Attilio Savoia in his studio in Rome. The replica took nine years to complete. It measures approximately 12 feet by 8 feet. There are over 3200 windows, 880 columns and more that 600 hand carved figures which add the vital touch of reality to the replica. My family and I are interested in finding someone with the resources to properly display and preserve this beautiful work of art.
We will entertain offers starting at $1,000,000 USD

Wow, that's pretty cool! I don't know of many places (museums included) that could pay that much for that since I think most work on donated/temporary stuff. Have you tried contacting the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas? I know it may not be your first choice, but the place is based on Venice and they do have a lot of money...

the last time was the best. we were there in 01/02 new years eve. it was an adventure of a livetime. i will tell the story later, maybe tonight.

Has someone appraised this? I see that you are asking $1M+, was there any rhyme or reason to this figure?

Yes, there has been one done. There is really nothing to compair it with except the replica of St. Peter's that was completed in 1950. The figure is to what it could cost to duplicate it today.
