Ah that explains it - I also noticed that the front bumper was not the LP400S style and also the full size spare tyre.

;) the kits don't actually come with the spare tire...I add that myself. Not much to choose from in 1:12 scale, but it fits the extra LP400 wheel while still allowing the front lid to close.

Thanks! I'm not sure yet. Probably won't know until I start, LOL I'm leaning towards a 1/16 25th in pearl white over red right now. These models have been winter projects, so it may be a few months before I start another one...

Your work is truly incredible. I can't wait to build mine but it won't be close to the level that this one has. I might have to copy your color combo. It really looks great.

  15. Don't down play that one. I've built a lot of models over the years. Your work is spectacular.

Wow nice job Jason! I had built that same model 30 and some years ago and was still in great shape but my ex wife destroyed it in the divorce. It was my prefered model I had and was nice on the shelf.

    Fantastic work! Really superb.!
I appreciate very much this kind of work, usually these things just been bought from Ebay and thats it.
This really need skills to put these models together with this kind of building quality.
    Absolutely stunning models.!

Thank you! It would be heartbreaking to lose after all the effort it takes to build one of these...
