    Oh...! i forgot...!

    Got my decals in the mail last week from Cavallino Models and there's all sorts of neat stuff on the sheet... More than just Scuderia shields; front nose badge, back lettering, back horse - the whole nine...! Really neat stuff... Thank you, Rita...!

    Unfortunately the model i was going to put the shields on isn't readily available for alterations, but once it is, i'll take pictures and post...

    ...now how do i get the wheels black...? What kind of paint or spray or whatever should i use...? Anyone have any suggestions...?

    I painted mine like Fede's: Flat black wheels and exhaust pipe, brown/silver steering wheel and brown seats.

    I wouldn't try matching the one on my picture here as this red is probably original and lost some of its red. I just left the original paint.

    2x frontglass support paint in car-colour
    radiatorcover is cut of

    Look at mine, easy to fix....

    I saw that and was tempted to do that. After all that's kinda what the real one looks like I took the pic of.

    HOWEVER: Fede Garcia is IMHO the Wayne Ausbrooks of model cars and so I rather trust his model than a real one (that might have been modified). But maybe Fede and I are wrong and your mods are the real deal?

    Ramon: I used Tamyia flat black and flat brown acrylic paint. Also note I smudged on some exhaust "dirt" onto the body. Just like the real one gets after firing up the engine.
