    Hi John,

I think Pedro is referring to the tuning models, which is a matter of taste. I thing those are garbage too. This F40 LM looks quite nice, maybe a bit flat and a long nose. But that could be the photography (not saying your photography sucks :) ).

I also have the F40LM from D&G: the best LM done to date, BBR model has too many mistakes (only the Alesi IMSA car is correct) and the Elite is bad...

    I owned a D&G P4/5 in 1/43

Hey Peter, I know what Pedro meant, that's why the wink below my pictures.
It's what you said about tuning models, it's a matter of taste (I like a few ;)), but the models of D&G are of a very good quality.
I think, they are so much better then BBR or Amalgam, maybe a little expensive, but quality has a price. :)

Yes, i was tallng about tunning cars, nor d&g quality.....i'm sorry but to me tunning is just a way to destroy beautifull designs and an insult to the car brand!

Is it just me or does the thickness between the front finder and tire is weird! Doesn't look right! Thoughts?

The shape of the car is not right. For me, it doesn't matter how good any other aspect of a model is if the basic shape is wrong.

At least they are not showing the seats in blue. The real car is incorrectly restored in this regard.

This would fit perfectly in my collection. I'll probably swap out the tires, because they look aweful. Wheels possibly too.

    Hi Pedro,

Yes, I bought the CMR 250 GT Berlinetta Competizione. I ordered a red one but they sent me a silver one by mistake. I've inspected the silver one but decided to return it and I'm glad I did. somehow the red suits the car better, probably because all the chrome details are more visible. I'm happy with it. If you don't like the wipers, just replace them with an aftermarket photo etsch set.

The interior is quite...blue. Maybe these later announcements with the black interiors are more to your liking.

Not a fan of the CMR 250 GTO 64. It looks like they took a Jouef version for the mold. I still prefer the Guilloy version.

Not impressed with the GTO. I would need to see one in person, or at least good photos from all side to make an accurate judgement, but so far it looks mediocre. It is low priced so, here is another example of you get what you pay for.

I think the TdF is overall a better model. Not perfect, but good. And again, I would have to spend some time with either a model or a good set of photos of it.
