GP Replicas has announced a 126 C2 (see carmodel.com for pictures). Just like the BBR version the rear rims are too small. Strange that these manufacturers can't get something that simple right.

because I had to modify the back support of the lights, so that the bonnet closed well, one side was not properly closed

even so, one door the front part, it remains with a lot of slack, and that has no solution :(

I have mine also, front hood is perfect, doors are ok ( i had a chance to try another one and one door and rear hood was very bad), rear hood is acceptable but not perfect. Stance is not as bad as i thought, but the suspension on the car alows a lot of movement, if i'm able to remove springs..(wich looks to be dificult, i'm sure the car will get a lot lower and look better). Overall i'm happy i bought it, but clearly there are some issues wit Q.C at GMP. With a little more care and effort the car could be almost perfect.

Sorry, i've played a bit with moel and i can't find anyway to remove them....even if you unscrew the lower A arm, he will not move, so you're unable to separate both parts of the shock absorber. same in the back, the only way would be to somehow manage to cut the springs and remove a portion of it, but i don't have any too capable of doing so...too bad because the stance of the car would improve greatly.

I realised that the further back you push the replacement tire, the better the hood fits. how where you able to modify the back support? what did you do?

in mine with the spare wheel or without it, it closed badly

I disassemble the rear light bracket (red arrows)

and I sand the top of the square supports with sandpaper (blue arrows)

    then I glued it again

so it is, the support of the lights, lower, and the bonnet closes better

Sorry but not for sale. Made only for me by a friend.
It seems like it's pretty simple to do, with a photocopier and special paper. Obviously, you first have to create the logo on the computer.

Closeup shots don't make this model model look any better, the screws look worse as do the imperfections, as much as we all despise Exoto they would have done a much better job with quality and fittment. with all the technology advancement in the past few years there's no better quality built models than there was 8-10years ago, in fact it's gotten worse, I guess all the top model makers have moved to other better paying jobs elsewhere.

I agree with almost everything, except saying".....all the top model makers...." There are still some, maybe just a few... "top model makers" in the business, but one has to look for them, and be willing to pay-up for better work. Yes, it's true that some of the factories who produced great models for various companies have moved on to more lucrative contracts, but some have also simply gone out of business and exist no more, so companies like ACME are forced to make other choices. That said... there are still a few factories capable of turning out much better work than what we've seen with this 512 model. Yup.... the close ups don't do it any favors, they just amplify all the flaws. Not impressive.
