Ertl makes a 61/62 Corvette in numerous colors. Its OK quality wise and you can take off the tops , but you have to disassemble the cars to do it. They also make a 63 & 67 Corvette in both coupe & convertable . You shouldn't have a problem finding these in the $20 range, depending on color.

Maisto makes a 65 vette that is better then the Ertl quality wise, but only comes in the coupe & doesn't have too many colors out yet. You may still be able to find these in the stores for under $20.

Motorbox/Exoto makes a 67 vette in coupe/convertable form, but is somewhat pricey ($45 - 100+ depending on which model), although the quality is much better then Maisto & Ertl .
