As long as it works for you. That is all that matters.

I don't care for that model, since it is not my scale of choice and certainly not the quality or detailling I like to see in a model.

    Thanks for showing it though.

edit: costum wheels included! that's pretty neat!

Agreed...1/24 isn't for me, but it's great of you to post this find for others who don't know about it.

May I encourage you to diversify outside of just red? There are many wonderful models out there in various scales that are only available in colors other than red! You don't want to miss out on them!

    Cheers,

    Aaron

I think what it needs is the black trim painted on the doors black, by the windows and rocker panels. But for the $$$$ it's not bad at all.

This is the only 1/24 in my collection. I just figured for $10 I might as well grab one. It was actually bigger than what I expected a 1/24 to be. I collect mainly 1/18.

Perfusion I will definately go with other colors to get models I don't have, but so far I have been lucky enough to get the ones I have wanted in red. I have in the past painted models in a paint booth with automotive paint. Man did they turn out sweet.

Thanks for the replies. I will post up my collection once I unpack them all.

And I was thinking, you could easily paint the window styles and the air outlet behind the frontwheels black. It would help the model a lot I think.

That's funny - I didn't even notice the window styles until you mentioned them! Looking back at them now, black would definitely be a step up in looks.

looks like not a bad model. I almost bought a Red 1:18 F50 from walmart last night. it was the same type of kit. looked like it was fairly good for the money. I didnt get it, as i was worried it would looke bad assembled, but judging from this 1:24th, I was probably wrong.
I might got back and pick one up, as i do not have an F50 yet in my collection.
