Really depends on your budget, give us an idea if you want to spend $20 per model or $200.

For both Le mans and Targa Florio you can find some good models at good prices (let's say between 30 to 50&#8364 from Art model, Bang, Best..they are great model for value...if you wan't something more exclusive, you have Heco, BBR and a couple of others.

 

Take a look at IXO on eBay also. They did a lot of LeMans and TF a few years a ago.

You have to look under the IXO models tab (Lemans and classic GT cars) as well as the Ferrari tab.

 

IXO, Kyosho, Mattel, Look Smart make good 1/43 cars. BBR is the best and most expensive. Is BBR worth the higher cost? Maybe, maybe not.

If you narrow it down some, I have a few ideas. 50's, 60's, 70's?

50's - TRs
60's - GTOs, LMs, 250s, P4
70's - BBLMs, 512S

You could rotate a few and have a diorama from different decades. Here are the winners, with some Ferraris to consider.
