    need some advice..a friend of mine past away recently and i am helping his wife sell off his Ferrari collection.One of the items is a 1/5 model of a f2002 no.98/200.made by sports models..this model is in perfect condition as all his models were.Any idea what this might cost? I will get a picture of the car. TX van

    check for amalgam models, they manufacture big model cars, that can give you an idea.

    Yes, you could check with Collector Studio. I have seen these models from $4995 upwards where ever I find them, but $4995 is the lowest "I" have seen for a 1/5 Ferrari F1 Car.

    I most probably sold this model originally as I distributed all of the 1/5 models from 1998 -2006. I used to sell this one for around CAN$4000 equivalent to around US$2500 back in 2002. Most of the ones that came from me had Marlboro logos. The only major issue is shipping if the original packing crates were not retained.
