I know the list is compiled in order of net worth, but I would have to say that Buffett is the most successful businessman on that list. Buffett's wealth is the most diversified and thus, by far, the most secure of those on the list. While most of the list is made up of tech moguls who attained their vast wealth through the founding of a single tech company, and thus any negative developments at their company could potentially ravage their net worth, Buffett's extremely diversified holdings protect him very well against any negative developments at one or two of his investments.

Buffett has demonstrated incredible business/investment acumen across various sectors, unlike many on the list who achieved the majority of their great wealth through the founding of a single company in one sector alone, the tech sector. Success, at least in terms of vast wealth, may be fleeting for many of these undiversified tech moguls.
