    4. When the pre-stated number of raffle entries has been reached, the raffle will close. The raffle will be administered by an independent judge (a Certified Public Accountant appointed by the Promoter), presence of a lawyer and a representative from the Promoter. The drawing will take place at midnight on the 16th of June, 2004 to determine the winner of the prize. The winner will be the person who’s raffle ticket number matches that of the CPA’s. All decisions of the judge will be final.
