    Massa will be back in good condition for the 2010 season.
    Were did you find those photos of today’s practice, very nice.

    These are are great pictures considering where he was a few months ago. With all his determination to get back to 100% physical shape I hope he gets first drive in the '10 car.
    But why only 62 miles of testing? 62 laps might have been a better test of stamina.

    Look at the second pic. I think there's some sort of extra protection above Massa's left eye. Can't really make out what it is, looks like some sorta plaster...

    That's a balaclava (aka "head sock"). It's part of the fire suit. All the drivers wear them.

    (It also keeps the mousse out of your helmet lining. ;))

    I know ;). But i saw a pic and forgot to save, there's an extra thing above his left eye. I spotted it when he karted for the first time.

    Okay, I watched the video, and it looks like one of those clear adhesive bandages.

    He did have cosmetic surgery recently. Looks like it worked. Other than the bandage, the eye looks fine.

    I'm used to "plasters" being the same color as the balaclava.
    (Boy am I gettin' old. ;))

    God, those F2007's are sooo much nicer looking than the F60's.

    Sounds like he should be OK for next year. IIRC those motor skills are like a muscle and get better with exercise. He may be a little rusty now but should be fine come next season. His only obstacle will be that "other" driver.
