    NOT.
Lets back up here. According to estimates offered earlier for the 30k service, to replace cam variators, repair and respray back bumper(kissed a parking signpost), thats what the dealer bill would have been.

LUCKILY for me, my car was not at the dealer, but at Brian Cralls shop and was in the great hands of Brian and Chris. So not only did I get all the above for 1/2 the price, I got extra hours of caring work to get everything perfect, extras like repositioning the exhaust tips and reworking the mesh opening, an alignment, resetting ride heighth and much more.
I am blown away by how this car runs guys and I thank you deeply for your caring and skilled workmanship.
    The car is a beast!
So any of you owners lucky enough to live within range of Brians shop, I highly reccommend them, because these guys do it right.

I'm always amazed at the price differences for similar services. Glad you have a great mechanic. Make sure you drop them off a couple pizzas for lunch from time to time. You know, the care and feeding of a good mechanic.

You are stoaked to have a qulaity mech that you can depend on. Glad to hear. I am bellsed by having the oldest Ferrari dealer in North America 10 miles for my house, Ron Tonin Gran Turismo. Unfortunately I do pay top dollar but I also get amazing service. Look like you got the best of both worlds. Lucky bastard! : )

What a great asset to have so nearby. Anyone like that around me..Richmond, VA?? After more time with the car, and when it's time for the next major I want to do the whole thing..major, engine compartment detail and full strip/proper respray, etc. Interior fine. Actually whole car is great - a fine driver that is beautiful but when it's time I want to re-new it's glory...get rid of the few chip repairs etc.

    K&E the only possibility?

    Chris

Brian Crall is awesome. That's why people ship ther cars across the country to have him work on them!

And congratulations on the car. :)

John, I read your title and I was thinking to myself, "Why don't you just take it to Brian," and then I read your post. You can't go wrong with someone like Brian or Tony Palladino.

    John,
Congratulations on your new addition I saw the pictures it looks awesome.

Man the title of the thread threw me off but when I read and saw you are baffled at how Brian and Chris do it, I started grinning. They are the team to beat here in the Bay Area. Most people who drive Ferraris can also afford the high cost of repairs. What they would like to avoid is the demise of service gone bad. Brian is the ace who knows these cars inside and out. If he adds more bandwidth he would be able to take FoSF's business hands down. He does quality work, gives great customer service, engages the customers intelligently and his prices are fair.

    Cheers,
    Matt

San Ramon, east side of SF bay area. HIs number is 925.552.9700
AND he even answers his phone most of the time. I was trying to do some business with a porsche tuner, liked the shop, really liked their work but messages left would get answered 2 weeks later if at all. Just does not work for me. Brian runs his shop right.
