    I have a source.
What adjustments if any would I need to make to run this?

No adjustments needed at all - it'll run just the same as-is.

If you want to try to take advantage of the higher octane you could probably run a little more advance, or a little higher compression. The 104 by itself won't do anything however.

In order for your engine to make more power on 110 octane, you will need to increase the compression ratio. Otherwise, you are just throwing money into the gas tank.
