    I know there's a very expensive kit to convert to led that everyone loves, but has anyone just tried replacing all the 1156's and 1157's with led lights? Seems like all the other lights don't throw codes, why would these?

    I replaced all interior lights including trunk and glovebox with led's and none of those throw codes. Easy! Search forum, lots of info!

    I'm talking about the exterior lights sorry, those are all 1156's and 1157's.

    I'm looking at this as well; however, on the fence of pulling the trigger.

    I just can't imaging having LED brake lights turn on when the standard rear light / turn signals are on. It wouldn't look matching. Plus the side - fender blinking differently due to the LED compared to the standard blinkers on the front and back.

    Anybody have done this? If so, did it look ok or ricer look?
