I do not know this seller but if you are looking for one on the east coast this one is $18,000.

Up for sale, the first V8 powered Ferrari produced,3.0 litre , 4 cam, 4 carb, 5 speed,its white with red leather seats, black dash, white headliner, this is a 4 seater,it could use a paint job, has some paint chipping on the pas. side door, and has some cracks in the paint in other places.I have put recently a new clutch,new brakes, custom pipes and stainless mufflers, new CV boots and more, this car can be a daily driver. its loud, fast,and very fun,and yea it sounds like a F1 car , Price 20,000 will post some pictures soon. But anyone that thinks it costs a lot to play should see this......IMO.

I can't tell for sure but it looks like it has original hubcaps on it. Those are worth a grand by themselves.
