    I acquired this boat 3 years ago, had great intentions for it, living at the lake. It’s 1997 Aristocraft - remake of their classic wooden boat. The factory stayed tooled up, so they began remaking their 1950’s classics in wood. This particular boat has been completely set up, used on the water rarely when it was new, and been in storage most of its life. It is in amazing show condition, 20 coats of varnish vs. normal 10. The only criteria for me was whether or not it would fit end to end in my garage, and it does at around 18’ in length when on trailer. It comes with bill of sale and sales history/title. The motor is a 1985 Evinrude 30. It must scream with this setup. Lake Tahoe has four stroke/pollution requirements, so I never got it up and ready for Tahoe as this vintage Evinrude is 2 stroke. I have always had my eye on an electric motor setup and seems like that would be a great way to go for Tahoe use anyway.

    I would expect that someone in the market for a Donzi Sweet 16 would jump at this quickly if they knew about it. I know I would have several years ago.

    Hello Mike, what a lovely boat.
    We used to have one here in El Salvador, an original one from the day,
    but alas, it rotted away due to neglect. The usual story.

    I have a Swift racing runabout (kneel down) with a "green onion" Merc 20Hp. Scary fast

    Wish you the best on a sale, I would buy it, but shipping to here these days, is hellish.

    Note; the trailer is the upgraded galvanized version. The condition of the boat is pristine…no scuffs, marks, blemishes, etc. just stunning beauty. I didn’t think this would last an hour let alone a week? How about we incentivize potential buyers and lower it further to $11k then.
