For 1976 308 GTB Was thinking about using the stock 14" (by 7-1/2) wheels as my "street" wheels and keeping the 16's for the track. Looking on Tire Rack, the only 205/70-14's they sell are all "grand touring" tires, they carry no high performance tires in this size. Any advice? Are any of those grand touring tires just fine for typical spirited canyon carving? Or are there alternative sources besides Tire Rack for better 14" tires? (Or should I just change the tires back and forth from slicks to street tires on the 16's between track and street use so that I can always be on the 16's?) PS - I've never driven on the 14's, so I have no first-hand comparison.
