There’s that many fakes about you can’t really figure it out .
If you are happy with them and don’t expect to enter it at a national show ( might be ok locally / small town ) then run with them .

The “I “ looks wrong, a near copy but not quite right .

I understand the JWL is the Japanese standard mark ( actually quite high standard) .So you need to know when the Japanese started the JWL standard stamping .
If this post dates 3#8 production , 74for GT 4 and 76 for 308 to the end 80 and mid 80 s respectively then they are not originals .

Ideally you want Chromadora or Campagnola cast not stickers on them somewhere .

There's typically dates and other information on the reverse which would help

Original valve stem cap! I thought those rims came in the trunk as a spare.

    This is correct.

The only time I have run across a wheel with this "extra labeling" IMO it was intended to be a full size spare.
That is indeed a Factory Valve stem and cap!!!

    So it's a Factory wheel, circa '75 thru '80??
F106A is the 308GTB/S frame designation

The hard corners of the casting, at the pentagram around lug bolts makes this a Campagnolo rim.
