The one that started it all for me and is still my #1 BABY!!
Bought her brand new, Car #12 out of 40. Picked up from the Lamborghini Dealer in South Jordan, UT 14 years ago today. With over 33K on the clock and STILL ON ITS FIRST born with clutch, it has been my favorite all this time. It was the car that switched me from Ferrari to Lambo AND have never looked back.

The day I bought it, I flew down to Utah. Once I saw it and bought it, the Dealer wanted to know if I needed a ride back to the airport and they would take care of shipping the car home to me in Seattle. I think he fell out of his chair when I said, NO..I am driving it the 1600 plus miles back to Seattle...and that's what I did right then and there. One of the best road trips I have ever had.

I have been all over the country in this baby, as far away as Seattle to Daytona Beach in 2003 to watch the Daytona 500 NASCAR race. Sun, rain, snow, sleet and ice..its seen it all and never been a dis-appointment. Never so much as fixed or replaced anything other then fluids, filters, tires and spark plugs. The STRONGEST trouble free car I have ever owned.

Here's to another 14 years of great man and machine marriage to come...

Pretty car. Aged well. Good story. I love it when someone knows themselves well enough to keep a car for a decade plus.

    Thanks for sharing.

Great story and an epic car. I got to drive one of these briefly many years ago and the memories are just as vivid today as the day of the drive - like driving Thor the Thunder Gods personal chariot!

    Roy,

A true beauty - thank you for sharing. In the 14 years of ownership and all the driving, is there anything you'd recommend to keep the car in great shape?
