We have 150 acres (379.35 RAI) of property in Bangkok. It is located near Phaholyothin Rd. near the Universities and the Mitsubishi Dealerrship/Showroom. Land value here contibues to rise of course.

I just started looking into doing something with this land as it had been with family for a while now. In any case, I'm sure it would make a great campus for a University. Being in the USA, it is hard for me to oversee a project.

I'm debating about selling the land or building a project on it.

Does anyone know this area in Bangkok? If so, what do you think would go well in this area or know of anyone interested in developing the land?

Do you know any good developers that would want to do something on that land?

go contact a leading property agent, and ask them to value the property, and arrange a private auction or tender

Maybe going that route when I head to Bangkok in a few weeks. Thanks!

Actually, it is 330 RAI (a little less than 150 Acres)

If I were you I would build go kart track and a proper race track! Think of all those guys in BKK who would like to release some stress right in the middle of town!

My dream would have been to open a golf course, but at this point in my life, I am about quick deals. I'll create a golf course one of these days.

Has anyone been to NUMBER ONE Driving Range in Bangkok? I love that place and would be a dream to create and own one day.

Thailand is one of the most GA friendly countries in SEA. Lots of small airports and strips for GA enthusiasts to fly to. Getting DCA permission is a ***** but once inside, there's some mightly fine flying to be had. 3 hours from Singapore direct to Phuket. Can't beat that!
