    We skipped the voting thread this time around, and since MarkPDX won the last round and posted the 2nd picture. This left us with Michael who posted the lone picture, so no voting thread was needed.

    Okay NONE of these pics are in the competition. They are obviously too old :D

    Little info on the pics.

    The red BRIAN is the very first time I tried this. I had had the camera (EOS 350D) in less than a month, and this was picture number 759 I took. I just came up with the idea it could be fun. Way back in 2005.

    The white BRIAN is from last year.

    The church in the mist id from 2007. I thought it would look spooky with a car passing the church in the misty weather, so I drove up there and took the pic.

    The ducks is for some reason one of my absolute favorite pics. Took it one January afternoon in 2008. It was very cold, and they were hungry. I have since framed it in a floating frame or whatever it is called, as a canvas print.

    The motorway. Again one of the very first pics I took. This is number 1215

    Lawnmower. My SIL mowing the lawn at 3 km/h

    Bridge. Crossing one of the bridges around here.

    Church again. No mist this time. I promised my dad to take some pics for him, so I drove out and took some (if I may say so myself, great pics) and wehn to show him. He was on the way to bed so I figured I could show him the next day. In the morning he passed away. He never got to see the pics.

    Mark told me about this contest. I actually don't have that much to contribute but..I'll try.. :)

    First one was taken at a friend's wedding just for fun...

    The next two were taken down in Oregon outside of Grass Valley at night with a fisheye lens.

    Look at that italian colour light trails at the back! :)
