    You can get them from HRE. They are not cheap though, I believe they are a complete center cap with screw on cap. The screw on is aluminum instead of plastic like the vintage one.

    When my car got stolen, they took one of the plastic screw on caps and it was a bear to find another....

    My car has the plastic caps and the PO really didn't take care of them. I have another idea that may not require the cover and cap.
