they are 11 kilos lighter and the same size.

 

Do you mean the 5 spoke? If you are they are the same size and the same darkness as the standard 16m rims........which is in itself a couple of shades darker then the standard Scuderia rims.

 

They look good plus it's a small part of what the Scud cost.

 

I swapped because they are lighter, stronger, and better looking. Relative to the cost of the Scud/16M, the cost is not a big consideration.

I really want these rims also. Unfortunately, my wife does not yet agree that the cost of the swap is not significant. Maybe she will change her mind in a few months.

 

i like to fit a 20" 458 one on mine, basically looks like a 16m wheel, but less prone to inner rim scratches ----> see my scud rim post.

but dont know if it fits.

 

The new 458 wheels wont fit because the PCD is 5x114 while the 430/Scud is 5x108, its a good idea though, i wanted to try to fit the 599 20" monolithic wheels on a 430 spider but same problem, diff PCD.
