    Was seriously looking at a 16M, only to find the seats were not alcantara, but a plastic like criss cross kind of fabric. Was that an option or standard seat.. I was not fond of the material.

    Those are the only seats I've seen in a 16m and in scuds for that matter.

    I think they call it Tech fabric. You could order your scud or 16M with any seat material you wanted. Most came with the new tech fabric

    Tech fabric was standard. Anything else (e.g. alcantara or leather) was an extra cost option. Tech fabric is fantastic. I had it in both my Scud and 16M. My favourite was the solid black

    Thanks guys.. I had seen this fabric as a seat insert on the seat and backrest, with Alcantara on the bolsters, but never the entire seat made with this fabric.
    Personally I really like the Alcantara trim.

    The red 16M (167434) at Miller on the car they show does have the tech fabric in red but with the bolsters in alcantara which sort of looks like a felt type of material.

    Saw another 16M elsewhere that had the red tech fabric and cuoio for the bolsters which is an unusual combination. Still with a black dash etc. and Rosso Corsa outside.

    Actually the red 16M at Miller (i sat in the car) does not have Alcantara on the bolsters. The entire seat is tech. The pic resolution is not great on the website

    Are you talking about the red one thats "sale pending"? The bolsters on that particular car do have the alcantara bolsters. Its exactly like mine. The only "tech" fabric is on the seat inserts.......but the grey bolsters are indeed alcantara.

    Alcantara bolsters with "tech" inserts was standard configuration on the 16M.

    16M red/cuoio as mentioned. The material on the bolster looks like felt...

    The centre of the seat has 3D fabric which was either red, yellow, black or grey.

    The bolsters will either be tech fabric, alcantara or leather.

    The tech fabric was standard, alcantara and leather were options.

    Those pics do look like tech fabric which is kind of like a slightly shiny cloth.

    Very few cars would have alcantara or leather centres as this would be a special request option, pretty much all the cars had 3D fabric centres.
