http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/dfwharold/random/DSC00598.jpg This happened on the access lane of NE Loop 820 right before you hit Beach going east. The driver was driving too fast and hit a guard rail, then spun out I think, and then the car catches fire. Then the kid gets out of the car and runs away from the scene since he didnt have his license. Apparently, the kid's father owns a body shop or two around fort Worth and the Maserati is a salvaged so they are most likely $36K down the drain. Some kids never cease to amaze me these days.
hmmmm... looks a lot like another 17 year olds/21 year olds maser in SA too.... any other info??? did u take the pics??
There's just something about Texas and exotic, Italian cars that crash and catch on fire after being driven by someone other than the owner that makes me nervous...
Ive met this kid once or twice before, hes a total tool. I Heard he was going around 150mph and both him and his passenger didnt have their seat belts on.
The kid was an idiot. Me and RossoCorsaItaly and a couple buddies all went to beach and 820 on a saturday night, and he was there. The car was a total piece of crap, even if it was a Maserati. The kid thought he was hot **** with his pink shirt, popped collar, and fat girlfriend. It was really tragic the condition that car was in.
does he even have his maserati anymore? or does he have a 430 now...? it or "they" should be coming in soon... or are we talking about diff people?? ha
I have a sneaking suspicion this isn't a DFW thing. I was around Beach St. last night, and I didn't see any signs like the ones in the pictures. I think the post is a hoax, while the pics are real...just from somewhere else.
thats why i thought it was some kid from SA edit: ha i just saw the pic of the inside..... yea the one from SA is grey.... i think
It was on a Saturday night, not Sunday night. Wasn't on Beach, but on the access lane of 820 from I-35 to NE Loop 820. Learn to read.
yep, Joe Jamail is the father though, and dahr is the son who wrecked the Enzo. Dahr is the name of Joe's father. Dahr did go to UT law, and i believe he might be a practicing lawyer, so he isnt entirely a trust fund baby. I think joe made most of his money in the late 70's and 80's, Dahr would of been in his twenties by then..
It was actually at the Jack In The Box/Conoco parking lot. At the street races. What a retard. We saw the kid that night when RossoCorsaItaly and I rolled in there, and I have to say it was the worst condition maserati I've ever seen.
I stand corrected. My skepticism has been proved to be unfounded. He's lucky to be alive. I hope he gets a nice, big reality check from this.
Hah....do you honestly think he will...he will be out there with another one of daddy's cars...people just cant learn these days...damn you rich kids.. John
