I always liked GT4's, they have a very tidy appearance as a 2+2, your wheels enhanced the appearance. Nice choice.

They really look good, did you need spacers?

No, I went for an offset of 15mm, which is too low really. I should have gone for a 25mm offset as the wheels slightly rub the arches on hard corners etc..

I've got a Mondy Qv and I put Mondy T rims on and as with you I slightly rub on cornering, I will get some spacers although ideally I would like some 355 rims.
Out of interest where did you get them and how much were they

Sorry, but I am not of your opinion: I don't like the look of the 308 with these new wheels... I was yesterday with a true 308GT4, and, really, I prefer the original.

Ah well, theres no pleasing some folk! I was once at a Ferrari meeting and a guy spent ages just staring at the side of my Dino, after a while I had to ask him what the problem was, he said "your car is not original.. they were never made with two Bertone badges on..", So I guess, c'est la vie!!

Personally, I like it, it is a much better car now than before, far better suited for the bumpy modern roads, goes over speed bumps, handles better, doesn't over rev, steering is lighter, more ground clearance etc...

    Hi Russ
Actually, you or should I say your car was my inspiration for this work! I don't know if I can keep it as clean as you do, but I will do my best!

This is a 'true' 308Gt4, all he's done is changed the wheels, its easily reversible if he sold it

Very nice! I think those wheels would also look great on some other F cars too, especially my Mondy!

Tomorrow I will upload some more pics, this time with my new programmable distributor and ignition set, looks great, drives simply awesome! Apparently I added another 12bhp today, now that's not something you can boast about all the time!

Too large a wheel for that car. Just my opinion. I like the wheel design just not the size. The engine and the rest of the car is fantastic. I'm glad she has a good home.

No, not at all. I did notice a small amount of understeer though, not much but some.
