It is. It's been well over a year from the time I drove her, just once before begining the work. The Alfa is not mine. Skip at McCabe's Auto Restorations always has a few interesting cars being worked on. Aside from my car, there are two other cars getting preped for Cavallino that will all share a ride in the truck that will be taking them there. Two Daytonas. A Blue Sera and a Red coupe. Both are spectaculare!

Stopped by for a visit today at the shop and took a few pics on a snowy day here in Chicago. Hope you enjoy them. A Curtis with a couple of wild carbs taking a peek out of the hood, three Dinos, couple of Daytonas, couple of Alfas, 250 GTE, a Bora, 300 SL and not a bad looking Lusso I might add! Some very interesting cars at McCabes for sure!

That looks like a good place to sit down and enjoy a good cup of hot chocolate with the flying snow outside.

I know you might be a bit biased but how does the lusso look when parked near those Daytonas? Thank you for posting updates!

What is the serial number of that GT/E? An early series 1 car I'd say... Best wishes, Kare

Wonderful sound. Beautiful car. Is the alternator just for testing or is it installed in the car?

    Andrew-

I love Daytonas, so I like one to be parked next to my Lusso as much as possible. One day permanently I hope.

    Late production Lussos used alternators...
