    As I remember it had a twist shift on the left handlebar. Pull in the clutch lever and rotate the entire grip assy. to your selected gear. 3, I think. Came in a reddish orange and white motif as well.

    I don't think so.

    I'm not a Harley fan, spotted it for sale one day and bought it because I thought it was neat.

    I googled and found they were actually made in Italy :
    Made by Earomacchi in italy /came in 175cc, 185cc and 250cc ....all 2 stroke.

    made aircraft and after world war II motorcycles....
