    Hello and OMG!!! brings back memories of Jerry Hanson ( I believe thats his name from Minn) who took his to Gratten raceway in Mi 35yrs ago when I was a corner worker there.

    Jerry Hansen won more SCCA titles than anyone else and Jim Pace won Daytona 24 Hours AND the Sebring 12-Hours the same year (1996). Thanks for posting.

    jerry hansen had more firepower than any man had a right to back in the good old days of scca club racing.

    Whats amazing is the torque of those monsters as downshifts were very few, great video.

    Some real car guys around here!

    enjoy the site, thanks for letting me put it up. I hope he's going to let me have more onboards.

    JP did win both Sebring and Daytona in '96, he went for the trifecta and entered LeMans with Sharp and Taylor. Would have been the only American to win all 3 in the same year I think. Pretty sure he's in a prototype this year for Daytona.

    Jim's been working with the Predator guys (Byron DeFoor and David Ritter, among others) for a few years. I think it's Byron's McLaren in your videos.

    Jim will be in the "50 Plus" Daytona Prototype team car of DeFoor, AC/DC lead singer Brian Johnson, Elliott Forbes-Robinson and Carlos de Quesada for the 50th Rolex 24. It'll be a hell of a party, for sure!
