Looks like it sold for $11,300. Even with 197,000 miles that seems like a pretty good deal. Anyone else think so?

    Thanks,

At $11,300..... it's worth that in parts.

If the car runs, drives and doesn't catch fire on a regular basis, you could use it and enjoy it for years to come. Don't spend a dime on the thing and once it's goes tits up you can recoup your investment in parts...win/win...

Mileage as a determination of value is used only by those who have no other practical knowledge.

Kudos to the buyer...hopefully it wont be chopped and parted but used, driven, revived...overall, they don't make those anymore

    that's probably fine.

Consider the "extra" that was paid (whatever that amount was) for it's added feature - the ability to drive and park this Ferrari ANYWHERE. You don't even have to lock the doors. Who cares if a grocery cart hits it? That peace of mind must be worth something in our little fraternity.

What caught my interest much more was the lurking Mangusta. I believe he might have gotten more for the 8 if he had widened the wing and changed the fur on the seat covers to something less neutral.
Nothing like the sound of a Deere Performance Flo-Thru at idle though.
Thanks for posting the video, jjay. Interesting and much appreciated.
