I think the switch is for rear defrost.
The early cars had it on the dash on the left. The newer than 75? Cars had a 2 speed wiper I think. I forgot a lot.

Btw looks like someone drilled holes in the spare wheel compartment to get to the rack bolts, That saves like 4 hours to remove the rack !

I don’t see any little wires in the glass of the back window, I’ll have to take a better look

On my '78 308 that switch was the rear window defrost. The aerial switch (which didn't work on my car) was one of the lollipop round ones.

On my GT4 (1977) the rocker switch with the orange light is for the rear window defroster. The wires attach to the end of the window on passenger side. My car has had the rear window replaced at some point with clear glass so I have no defroster. From what I have seen over the years I am not alone. Perhaps engine removal/install has taken it's toll.

The radio antenna raise/lower toggle switch is just forward of the power window switches, about even with the end of the radio.

I’ve just installed all new ignition, wires, all that. It’s a Pertronix in one cap, doesn’t run, no pops, zip. I did a quickie test light to the positive terminals on the coils and I get light with the ignition on, touch the negative and those light up as well. Any suggests? It’s 98 degrees in the shop so I’m going to give up pretty quick. I should mention that I did notice that the two positive wires next to the modules had scuffs on them, almost as if they were used at one time. I did remove one of the modules to look at it and there is no cracking or heat signature or nothing like that. I’ve put per Tronics in some vintage race cars many years ago and never had trouble. Any advice would be great

I’ve searched all that stuff prior to purchase, I’m out of commission until I get another carbon button for cap 5-8, it fell out into the abyss when I opened it up to check on things

Your car is 100% cooler than any shiny thing at a show. But maybe in creating all this awesomeness, you’ll be developing a new breed of fan-boys who, right now, are home scuffing their concours-grade examples with red Scotch-Brite pads and Comet cleaner, trying to emulate your look?

I knew the Valance work was gonna come up. Be aware of two inner walls at the valance and two "flanges" in the trunk well where the quarter panel meets the valance, which is the external seam.
