Hi all, I am offering my beautiful 77 308 GTB for sale. I have recently moved to Hong Kong, and the car is too pretty to be sitting in long term storage. I have reluctantly decided to sell her to a happy new owner. I am out of town at the moment, so am only including the photos I have at the moment, but will update in a few weeks when I am back in the US and can take some additional photos. The details as follows: - 1977 308 GTB - 37700 miles - All books, tools, jack kit. - Fly yellow/tan-black - Original 14" wheels, with Superformance 16" wheels installed (photos show 14") (new tires on both sets) - Ansa factory sport exhaust - Nov 2015 service completed by Andy Falbo, AZ $12000 documented receipts. - complete suspension rebuild, rebuilt Konis, shot blasted and re-coated A arms, springs - new suspension blocks - electronic ignition (installed in original distributors to preserve original look) - all hoses - new brake lines (originals supplied) - radiator recored, repainted - euro front bumper mod (bumper recessed using Carbon kit) - all gauges/clocks/aerial/switches operable - original spare wheel and tire - all zippered compartments in perfect condition - many spare parts The car drives like new. The new electronic ignition kit preserves the original look but improves drive-ability 10 fold. The car is mechanically 10/10. Cosmetically, the paint was originally 'nero', and repainted several years ago in Fly Yellow. The paint is 8/10, overall in great shape with one or two scratches that are touched up. If you are looking for a stunningly beautiful early carbed 308 with no issues, mechanically in perfect shape, this is the car. I would entertain a price of $125K. 22027. Surprised to see you selling her! She still looks good. I wish I could meet up with you to take a drive with the suspension done. Good luck with the sale Andrew. Curtis
Was extremely impressed with the care and attention Andy had taken in the work done. The cost wasn't cheap, but worth every penny. The car looks and drives like new.
I saved your pictures, to use in my restoration...LOL! Those darn stagger slot rear muffler shrouds are hard to find! (j/k, I am having to make them, to fit the new ANSA!)
Happy to help out Tex !! Yes, the rear shrouds are impossible to source. Someone can have mine....if they buy the rest of the car to go with it...!! ;-)
