    Hi Everyone,

I have a 1979 ferrari 308 carbed. What do u do as in terms of service to prepare the car for spring? I know oil change but anything else? List them if possible.

Also is the 12mm hex the rihgt size for the oil drain plug?

    Thanks

    Nick

Some items to look at / change:

    - Gearbox Oil
    - Clean / Check Spark plugs
    - Visually inspect all hoses for cracks. Be sure to remove the airbox to confirm that the fuel lines are not cracked
    - Check acessory belts for cracks
    - Brake fluid. Change if old or dirty
    - Check tires for cracks and confirm pressure and torque

Most are just general common sense checks.
