So had my 308 warming up to take it for a ride everything working perfect went to high idle then came back to low then I let it run for a bit more when started to idle high and would not do anything else. Turned it off several times same thing idle high so I sprayed some wd40 on the throttle cable and started running normal again. However now the issue I am having keeps popping fuse #2 on left fuse box white 8amp that goes to reverse lights seat belt high temperature control system and electro valves . This is driving me nuts anyone have any idea on this what it could be ? Thanks in advance for your help.

Maybe check the wiring around those parts linked to fuse #2. If there's a short circuit or a messed-up wire, it could be what's blowing the fuse. Keep an eye on the connectors, too.
Make sure all the stuff powered by fuse #2 has good grounding. A lousy ground can mess with the electrical stuff and might be the reason the fuse keeps blowing.
You could also try unplugging each thing (like reverse lights, seat belt control, high-temperature system, and electro valves) one by one and see if the fuse still blows. That way, you can figure out which specific thing is causing the problem.

Have you recently done any work on the car, or did this issue pop up out of the blue?
