Pic #5 says 'F10CL 400AUTOMATIC", bit the VIN is hard to read because of the lo-res.

    Good day WilyB,

When I first looked at it... the chassis number looked to be 33387 ... when I look again it could be 53387, but I think it cannot be this high given the year.

    Cheers,

    Sam

My guess is Series 1, the tire in the trunk is definitely not a TRX.
Poor thing, it's in really rough shape :(

With about $30k in work it would be a great driver don't you think?
I have always loved these cars..
What is a nice 400i selling for these days? Or are there any?

I's buy it except the the mileage is too high and the color is wrong.

I've been wanting to say that about some car for a long time.

Was the car running when parked; if not, what was the problem? In other words what will it take to get this car on the road? (I tried the PM route without response ... )

It was running when it hit something.

Parts are outrageous, and not much market for any Ferrari V12 automatic.

dstacy would be one to consult, on running/repair costs.

Lots of fun for sure, if you could get it banging again!!

I remember JRV had a steering rack from a 400 series at the old shop, he was asking $12,000 for it at the time.
