Sold by Ferrari of Houston to a local Houston, Texas client. Receipts of ownership changes and services performed in Houston until acquired in March 2005 by a New York buyer via a $73,000 "Buy It Now" bid from an eBay listing by Pinnacle Motorsports of Houston.

This 512 BBi received servicing from respected shops such as Autosport Designs Inc and Miller Motorcars. In 2012, the owner transported the Boxer to Sport Auto of Connecticut where the engine was shipped to CAROBU Engineering of New Mexico for a complete rebuild. Full reports and documentation in hand. The owner also installed a Larini exhaust.

Upon completion the Boxer was sold to a Houston enthusiast who drove the car very sparingly, and ultimately sold to the Ferrari to the original importer, Ferrari of Houston, in summer of 2015.
