What a great looking car!!!! There is something so classic about the bb512i. The body lines are timeless.
Wow!!! That is a drastic price reduction. A sale is definitely going to set a precedence for future market prices of 512 bbi's. I guess when you have a number of these cars , some have lower cost basis than others in your inventory and you can afford to sell at such a basement bargain price. I hope that this is not an indication of where the market is going with these cars. I spoke to you recently and your thoughts were that the market for these rare cars was going to continue increasing due to their limited production. This price reduction is telling me otherwise and showing a lack in confidence in your statement. Someone is going to get a steal at this price!!!!!!!! What a rare color combination. It is spectacular. It is what I consider a white elephant.
Beautiful example. Any engine photos? Also I assume this car it NOT California legal ie: BAR registration.
Dino, nothing keeps going up all the time. Compared to where prices were 5 years ago these cars have gone up alot. The fact a limited number were produced will keep the price relatively higher than other cars.
I will be happy if prices stay relatively stable in this market. I feel that it is very important that if an individual purchases a car that they should truly love the car enough that the price fluctuation is not a variable for the purchase. These cars have intrigued me for years. My two favorite cars are the F40 and the Muira. The bb512i comes as close to the Muira as I could get in my opinion.
Yes, follow this link http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/ferraris/536744-1988-5-ferrari-testarossa-2016-cavallino-platinum-award-winner.html My testimony: I recently purchase a Ferrari from IAG, the folks there are very nice and professional, recommend to give them a shot. David will go over all details of any car and provide all the information and pictures that are at his disposal.
