Really beautiful car. I have a F512M, and no BB, and I'm happy to admit your car is far more beautiful. glws
Just curious. This listing posted 2/16 shows it for $345 and then you have it listed here yesterday for $325 http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/ferraris/514510-1983-ferrari-512-bbi.html Are you dropping the price $20k?
Just curious- are the rear wheel gaps correct? Seems high ? Presume engine was in for pictures, not during service? Thank you Scott
This topic is brought up on most profile shots of the later Boxer.. My theory is as long as the rockers are horizontal..it is correct.. What might be the case is those arches were designed for the original 365 boxer..when it was shod with 70 or 75 series 14 or 15 inch XWX rubber..they would have filled the gap slightly more. You would need to drop the suspension on purpose to fill in gap, and most likely scrape on street bumps. Personlly I prefer thick rubber
Thanks I seems to remember Brian Crall writing about this in Forza as well. I apologize if it seemed I was questioning this car. Truly a classic and to my eye, the next Daytona level car. Seems odd how the Testarossa has exploded without the same increase here. GLWS.
