    Does anyone know if i can replace my square mirrors with the rounded
    type. I think they look much better.. Thanks

    Mario, if by the "rounded type" you mean the Vitaloni California mirrors as used on the carb 308, yes you can swap. I would recommend against it for 3 reasons: 1)The California mirrors are NOT power. 2)Visibility is WORSE than the QV mirrors 3) the holes in your doors from the QV mirrors probably will not be covered by the California mirrors as the base is much smaller.

    You can add the emblem from the late 328 mirrors to "jazz" your up. This emblem is a small version of the nose badge which sells for about $50. It mounts with a 3mm stud, so you'll have to disassemble the mirror to install. Other option is to buy the lapel pins in either nose badge style or fender shield style, put a small hole in mirror for post on back of lapel pin and install with superglue. Cost per pin.....under $20 each.
    That is what I would do.

    Mario, I too thought the Euro mirrors looked better than the US ones and purchases a pair, they will fit, thou the bolt holes don't line up and You would have to drill the door, something I didn't want to do.
