Could be a steal if the only damage is the fender, but it is hard to tell if there is additional damage to the suspension or undercarriage from this accident. I'm not a fan of the convertible, or I'd probably hire a broker and place a bid on this vehicle.
Just enough of the bumper is bent to suggest it also ran over something. The parking light and a fender should not be anywhere near totaling the car so I suspect there is a lot more to the story.
I like the "Est. Retail Value: $77,850.00" part! However, it seems as reasonable as the $28,100.00 repair estimate.
