Marlon - I'm surprised the sale didn't go through, the buyer pm'd me with the ser# to confirm the year?? He sure seemed convinced?
It is a shame. He had to rush off to Hong Kong....may still be done when he gets back if the car is still available. I'd hate for him to lose his deposit. Marlon
I was just a bit frustrated. People are buying inferior cars at $20K more and then trying to lowball me.
I know....Crazy isn't it. Yet it is still here........LOL! I guess there really isn't a bubble. Just a lot of talk with no action.
According to the records the last service was done on May 22, 2002 at Ferrari of Ontario to the tune of $8,271.35. The car had 48,355 miles on the ODO. It included the following: VALVE ADJUSTMENT TIMING BELTS CHANGE Air Filter Change A/C Service and refill All Belts Changed Fuel Treatment New Exhaust Heat Shield Replaced Oil Cooler Bushings Coolant Change, Hoses Changed, and Bleeding of System Gear Selector Engagement Adjustment CAM Seals and all Gaskets Upper Motor Mount Changed Ignition Wires Changed The car currently has 54,143 miles on the ODO so it has only been driven 5,788 miles in the last 13 years since the last major service. Therefore, because of the time issue (not mileage) the car will be sold with a fresh service for peace of mind! Cheers, Marlon
It's beginning to look like the "Bubble" only exists in the dealer universe. Greater fool theory, etc. In another thread, Marshall Goldman is beginning to slightly ease their nose-bleed 328 prices.
$8300.00??? must be in CDN... but Wow...Remo isnt cheap..and this is 12 1/2 years ago....wonder what it would be today..
