I really wasn't man. I was attempting a little tongue in cheek ribbing is all. Sorry it came out as a fight. Not my intention. Yep, Levanthal's "BIGFIAT" marrone car. Loved that he daily drove that for so long....even in snow.
To get ticky-tack (which I often do ), not quite the same way as the OP's 400i (which also has the lugbolt/center cap area painted).
@bjwhite Didn't change the wheels but had them painted. I never liked the blackened centers. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Same on mine: cap area painted. the painter had done it on numerous cars back then, I suspect he wanted to get back to the golden era when Ferrari owners would change the colour of their cars every 3 years or so (and finance the tuition of his kids...)! After all this is just some paint, next time VABENE changes the tires, he can settle for another paint-scheme (or not): adding 1hr of paintwork labour to the bill is not going to hurt when factoring for the cost of TRX(s)... Next time will be two shade of silver on mine
I also have a car that was sold by Exotic Fantasies. I looked them up and the only thing that comes up is porno shops.. My car was imported by Robert D Hillman then sold new by Exotic Fantasies. Just trying to find out information on these people is all..
This looks like a very good buy. Here in the UK, a one owner, manual 400i with only 22k miles on the clock would cost the equivalent of at least USD 100k. Hope you are enjoying the car and now have it how you like it.
