    Tony....you have a common problem here, heat = loose spade connection = more heat = connection failure.....there are at least two options within this thread for replacement relay boards, type "relay board 400i" in the search box above, many threads on this subject.
    Or just cut out the bad connections and do a separate "wire to wire" spade connection to get it running and test to see if that is your only problem...maybe.
