Does this model need to have the engine removed to replace the timing belts? I currently have my car at the dealer for clutch replacement. They ask when was the last time the belts were changed. I told them October, 2005. During that echange the service manager said he did not believe that 1985 model needed to have the engine removed to change the belts. Mike
This is a in car operation, if the service manager didn't know this, I would question anything else he says
Perfect response. I would question the advisability of having the car serviced in any way somewhere that knew that little about it.
