    Of course at this price we are not talking about a show car! This car is perfect for someone who feels like they have missed the market and can do a few things to gradually improve the car over time.

    First things first - the car needs a major service as the valves are noisy on one bank. Belts could also be due from a time perspective, but there is no way of knowing as the car has no records! There is NOT a tool kit or books, the only thing the car has is a spare and jack. What we do know is the car was sold by Specialty Car Collection of West Hollywood, CA back in December of 2020 for supposedly 97k to an internet company who then raffled it off! My client won the raffle, but has no interest in the car and just wants it gone in time to pay his tax bill.

    The car runs and drives, but has a stumble in the upper rev range. It comes with a clean CARFAX and current mileage is 40k. Except for aftermarket wheels (a positive in the sense one no longer has to deal with metric tires), the car is totally stock. The paint is certainly presentable, but a few areas will require a PDR guys attention (specifically, typical areas like rear trunk lid and roof). These dents are not huge, but noticeable when looking closely. The only history I could find was the car was formerly owned by Fchatter "thornatty".     Hmmmm, so....

    Scheduled major service
    Adjust valve clearances
    Clean or replace injectors
    New fuel filter
    New fuel pump (WYIT)
    New plugs, caps, rotors, air filter
    PDR

    Sounds to me like 20 grand ought to cover it and you'll have yourself a whoop-de-do Testarossa for about 100k + tax.

    Edit: ok, add a door seal and some tidying up. Finish it off with a professional detail.

    I remember seeing that car on the specialty car collection website.
    Their photos and description certainly made it seem better than what it really was!

    Oh man, I wish I had the garage space. Early car with later wheels (saves big bucks on replacing those TRX rims), needs work but complete. I would have been all over this a few years ago. GLWS, thank you for being honest with it and wishing the new owner the best.

    I have one with that interior and they were special wishes request at the tome, they made costumers sign a disclosure for safety because of the sun reflection. For me it looks amazing this way
